Investment Format
We typically invest between $1m and $3m in equity or quasi-equity. While we have a preference for capital increases, we also have the capacity to engage in secondary sales.

We often support our portfolio companies with the execution of key strategic processes (e.g., capital raising, M&A, JVs, key hires, commercial partnerships, etc.).
